VINEYARDS
The grapes used for Rebel.lia They come exclusively from different plots of our Finca Alfaro, which are complemented for each vintage in order to achieve an organoleptic balance. Cultural practices promote biodiversity and sustainability with comprehensive organic farming.

ELABORATION
The grape varieties are vinified separately depending on the optimum degree of ripeness for the style of wine conceived. They arrive at the winery and undergo destemming and very light crushing, for their subsequent fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control, no higher than 26º, and which usually lasts between 10 and 12 days with short and periodic pumping over. Once the fermentation is finished, it remains macerating with the skins for a few more days before being decanted by gravity and proceeding to a gentle pressing with a pneumatic press, with a pneumatic press, so that part of the wine remains in barrels for approximately three months.

TASTING NOTES
Color: Dark cherry red with purple tones on the edges.
Nose: Good intensity on the nose, highlighting red fruits, wild herbs and subtle toasted touches.
Palate: A fresh, fruit-driven entry expands in the mouth with notes of plum, cherry and blackberry.
The wine's fine, well-integrated tannins give it a balanced, long finish.
