VINEYARDS
The grapes used for Rebel.lia They come exclusively from different plots of our Finca Alfaro that are complemented for each vintage in order to achieve an organoleptic balance. Cultural practices encourage
biodiversity and sustainability with comprehensive organic farming.
ELABORATION
The grape varieties are vinified separately, depending on the optimum degree of ripeness, to be destemmed and pressed directly, obtaining the flower must, which once clarified by applying cold, proceeds to fermentation in stainless steel tanks at temperatures between 14º -16º for approximately 25 days, leaving the wine in contact with its lees until its subsequent clarification, filtering and bottling.
TASTING NOTES
Color: Clear and bright with a straw yellow color.
Nose: Good intensity in the aroma, with citrus notes of lime, mango and other tropical fruits.
Palate: Dry, rich and supple, with flavours of lime zest, velvety fruit and subtle spice. A versatile and balanced wine with clean acidity and good length.
