VINEYARDS
The grapes used for Rebel.lia They come exclusively from different plots of our Finca Alfaro, which are complemented for each vintage in order to achieve an organoleptic balance. Cultural practices promote biodiversity and sustainability with comprehensive organic farming.
ELABORATION
The wine tries to find the symbiosis between the ripe black fruit from plots of old Bobal vines with a long post-fermentation woodiness with the very successful coupage of our rebel.lia which is made by searching for red fruit
fresh. These are two very different vinifications in which the Bobal then remains in barrels with a medium plus toast to harmonize with our vintage wine.
TASTING NOTES
Color: Dark cherry red color.
Nose: Good intensity on the nose, highlighting red and black fruits, wild herbs and subtle toasted touches.
Palate: A fresh, fruit-driven entry that expands in the mouth with notes of plum, cherry and blackberry. The wine's fine, well-integrated tannins have a balanced, long finish.

75% Bobal / 15% Garnacha Tintorera / 10% Tempranillo
